The process

How a 2DE bargain actually happens

We list second-hand tools, appliances and electronics that are sitting in second-hand shops, take your payment online, then buy the exact item for you and ship it to your door.

Full explanation

  1. You find a bargain

Browse the latest second-hand products online. Every listing shows the price, a condition grade, and a note about that specific item.

  2. You pay online

You place your order on this website. The item price and the delivery cost are both shown before you confirm. You complete your payment securely on Yoco's payment page. Your order is confirmed once the payment succeeds.

  3. We check and secure it

The item is sourced from our physical second-hand supplier after your order. Placing the order takes the listing off this website. It does not lock the item at the supplier, who can still sell a one-off before we collect it.

  4. We test it

Every item is checked and confirmed working before it is prepared for shipping. That check is not a professional refurbishment, and it is not a claim that the item is new.

  5. We ship it

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive your shipping information so you can track your delivery. Available delivery methods and the full delivery price are shown at checkout. Choose your collection locker when using locker delivery.

  6. Enjoy your bargain

You receive your second-hand bargain. Normal cosmetic wear described on the listing is part of the item, not a surprise.

Tested

Not refurbished

A check is not a rebuild, a repair programme, or a promise that the item has been restored to like-new.

Not new

Nothing here is sold as new. Cosmetic wear described on the listing is normal for second-hand goods.

If we cannot secure it

Genuine bargains can sell before we collect them

Second-hand stock is one-of-a-kind and moves quickly. If an item is no longer at the shop when we come to collect it, we cancel the order and refund you in full.

Read the refund policy
  • You are told the item could not be secured.
  • The order is cancelled.
  • Any payment is refunded according to our refund policy. Timing depends on the payment method — we do not promise an instant refund.

Not sure an item will work for you?

Message us with the item number. We will tell you honestly what the listing says, including the limits of a pre-shipping check.

Direct contact details are still being confirmed. Use the contact page, or place an order and we will reach you about it.
